Create a user account for Services Gatekeeper to connect tothe database.

Identity Manager uses a database to hold transactional andhistorical data, such as scheduling and audit data. A database must beinstalled and configured before the Identity Manager Server can be set up.

Each database has its own database configuration file. Thisfile stores database parameters that were supplied or used when the databasewas formed, such as database code page, collating sequence, and Db2® databaserelease level.
