The Regional Transport Office (RTO) is the Government of India authority that is answerable for the issue of driver's licenses and enrollment of vehicles in the country. Driving a license in UP is a hectic process one can apply for a driving license with the given steps. The Road Transport Association sets the guidelines and guidelines for permit issuance in Uttar Pradesh.

The process to apply for e-challan:

1. In order to get a driving license, the applicant has to fill out Form-4 and submit it.

2. After that apply with all required documents
