In case you can use permanently deleted emails or deleted items folder on PST files, then check out the procedure. Here, log into your Outlook account and tap to delete items folder. If there are no items visible in the folder, the folder has been emptied, and all emails are deleted permanently. After doing it, click on the folder, tap in the top menu bar, and choose the recover deleted items. After that, choose the required deleted emails and tap on there cover button, which is located in the top left corner of the screen. Lastly, Outlook starts to recover those deleted emails of yours.
