• Strong Electrical / Technical Engineering Knowledge
• Harness & Wiring/Cable sizing knowledge
• Producing pure principle scheme (PPS), solution principle schemes (SPS), the cabling principle schemes (CPS) and project apparatus specification
• Hands-on experience in electrical CAD
• Wire harness industrialization basics
• Spoken and written English is mandatory
• Designing train electrical architecture, cubical layout and wiring routing
• Specifying electrical apparatus to be used on project he/she is affected  according to Preferred Parts List and
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
